I'll be honest. Listerning and knowing a little bit 'bout Ba4za's history I would say it's hard to listern to it. I thought you were the true, classic Lyrisist. What is Thantsa Monwana fella? I we out to make a QUICK BUCK? leave Banyana alone it's not your style.
I take it you have noticed the "switch in musical direction that i have taken?"...
This is the truth my brother. Ba4za is a brand that has defined itself in the industry as
the head honcho's of Hip Hop and the content and subject matter is of a strong and distinguished
quality purist heads will relate to no matter time age and consequence. We have built the brand
under strict regulatory measures in term of how we deliver the music and have that classified as
a product [rap music] delivered by a brand [ba4za] by a company [hhh music].
now take into consideration that i said b4za is a brand and within ba4za are other brands that do their thing
individually. if you have the ba4za music catalogue then i do believe you have followed my career as a brand
in the whole outfit. i do take it that you have in your posession " my tangible intelligence" that you have my Goldenstate
royale" and tha you have been following pens and swords from the promo e.p to the latter marathon before the
pens and swords album comes out, right? i do believe if you do, then you can discern that my "switch" was not sudden at all.
thus the content of lyricism found in Thwantsha monwana should come as no surprise to you if you have the catalogue and have followed ba4za's growth. furthermore if you can translate the wording of the lyrics in the song then i do believe you will get the fact
that i am warning against hate of any kind and am vehemently admonishinh people who would just skip a track because it is
in a native tongue because it does not appeal to their backpack nature.
my artistry is not confined to what the "prescriptive crowd" wants hip hop to be. if i feel like one day i wanna sing the whole
album or do the damn thiing in motswako entirely then musically i will and will feel good about it because i still have the same
hunger i had coming in and the quality of the music is still the same as it was from day one. i just happen to do it in my mother tongue.
don't hate don. listen to the content. listen to the words. listen to the lyricism.
the problem with hip hop, we have confirmed in tripple H music is that rappers don't have fun with their craft because they wanna cater to the "prescriptive crowd". do not confine artistry don. i prethee, it will soon come to light that even though there will be doubt, the credibility iis still sound in music and heart kid.
i hope you will engage thought and formidable advice to a man who remains as he came. just a bit older, wiser and upfront about a lotta other others. you dig?
holla
kind regards
